Dr. Landan is a neurologist with over 25-years of experience in treating patients with a wide variety of neurological disorders. Dr. Landan’s has maintained an active private practice in Western Michigan for many years and is pleased to be serving our patients in Northern Michigan including West Branch and Sault Saint Marie.
Dr. Landan has subspecialty interest in a wide variety of neurological disorders, including Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Parkinson’s Disease, Migraines as well as other peripheral nerve and brain disorders. He has expertise in performing and interpreting EEG, EMG, Evoked Potentials, Carotid and Transcranial Doppler, Nerve Conduction Studies and Sleep Studies. Dr. Landan has published several peer-reviewed publications and has been a presenter at multiple local and national meetings. He has been involved with multiple clinical trials for Alzheimers Disease, Epilepsy, Migraine Headaches and Multiple Sclerosis.
Dr. Landan grew up in Pennsylvania and did his undergraduate studies at Thomas Jefferson University and the University of Pittsburgh. He went to medical school at the American University of the Caribbean and completed his neurology residency at Wayne State University in Detroit. He board eligible by the American Academy of Neurology. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.
